Step 1: The Initial Call & Booking
We start with a conversation.
This is where you tell me about your business, your goals, and what you feel is (or isn’t) working visually right now. I’ll walk you through the entire process so there are no surprises.
You’ll know:
What the timeline looks like.
How we prepare.
What deliverables to expect.
How to make the most of your investment.
My goal here is clarity. When you understand the process, you can relax. And relaxed CEOs make better decisions.

Step 2: The Brand Questionnaire
Once you book, I send you a brand questionnaire.
This isn’t busywork. It’s strategy.
It helps me understand:
Your brand voice
Your audience
Your offers
Your long-term vision
Your current marketing needs
And here’s the part clients love most: it forces you to reflect on your brand.
Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from a photoshoot. It comes from answering the right questions.
By the time you finish this step, we’re both thinking deeper — not just about photos, but about positioning.

Step 3: The Planning Call (Where Strategy Meets Aesthetic)
Now we plan.
We hop on Zoom and map everything out:
What content series you want to showcase
Upcoming launches, new products, or announcements
Wardrobe and accessories
Location that aligns with your brand vibe
Visual direction and mood
We’ll share Pinterest inspiration boards so you can clearly see the direction we’re building.
But this isn’t just about pretty photos.
This is where we bring strategy in.
Are you launching something soon?
Do you need evergreen content?
Do you want authority-building images?
Every image we plan serves a purpose. We’re not creating random content — we’re building visual assets for your business.

Step 4: The Photoshoot Outline
After our planning call, I create a structured photoshoot outline.
You’ll receive:
A timeline for the day.
A shot list based on strategy.
Wardrobe reminders.
Location details.
Flow of scenes.
So when shoot day arrives, you’re not guessing what’s next.
We already did the thinking. Now we execute.

Step 5: Photoshoot Day
Because we prepared properly, you get to show up relaxed.
You don’t have to figure out poses.
You don’t have to wonder what to do with your hands.
You don’t have to “be photogenic.”
That’s my job.
If you’re not used to being in front of the camera, don’t worry. I combine technique, direction, and just the right amount of psychology to help you feel natural and confident.
My goal is simple: I want you to feel like your best self — grounded, capable, and powerful.
And yes, we’ll have fun too.

Step 6: Editing & Proof Gallery
After the session, I carefully edit your images to reflect the tone and aesthetic we defined together.
You’ll receive a proof gallery where you select your favorites.
Once selected, I complete the final edits so your images are:
Cohesive
Polished
Aligned with your brand
Ready to use across platforms
The long-term effect?
Posting becomes easier.
Your feed looks intentional.
Your website feels elevated.
You start showing up like the CEO you are.
Because when your visuals are aligned, your mindset shifts.
You stop hiding.
You stop second-guessing.
You step into leadership.

The Bigger Picture
Brand photography is not an expense.
It’s infrastructure.
It’s how you position yourself.
It’s how people perceive your authority.
It’s how you communicate value before you ever say a word.
Investing in your brand is investing in yourself — and in the future version of your business.
If you’re ready to stop “winging it” with your visuals and start thinking like a CEO, let’s talk.
Book a call and let’s build a visual strategy that actually works.
